Job Description
Responsibilities of Temporary Client Services
- Processing and maintaining orders in SAP in order to meet the customers delivery deadlines; and ensuring that all orders processed are within the company discount policy.
- Updating customers throughout the order lifecycle ensuring high quality responses to all enquiries. Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met.
- Investigating alternative product options and solutions to customers when requested product is unavailable.
- Ensuring Order Maintenance is carried out to create an accurate open order book to ensure sales planning factory forecast and sales landing forecast are appropriate.
- Working with Finance to highlight any orders that are blocked due to credit issues, thus ensuring orders can be delivered according to customer's requirements.
- Following up with warehouse and transport company to resolve any logistics issues affecting my orders.
- Processing any stock check enquiries from customers or internal departments.
- Creating credit notes when required and investigate any credit note disputes providing a timely resolution to any issues.
- Co-ordinating, escalating and resolving ongoing issues or disputes (via the dispute system) with senior team members to ensure their timely and successful resolution.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant will have experience with the above & be available on short notice
