We are currently looking for Tele Marketing Executive (English and Tagalog Speaker) position to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
· Answer questions about products/services of the company
· Probe customers with right questions to understand their requirement
· Creating a want in the customers of our products/services
· Direct prospects to the sales team
· Enter and update customer information in the database
· Go the extra mile to meet target and facilitate future sales
· Keep a record of calls and submit daily report to the reporting manager
Requirements:
· Candidate should be multilingual and possess excellent communication skills.
· Should have proven experience in telemarketing.
· Proven record of achieving targets and should be a go-getter.
· Should be highly enthusiastic and proactive.
· Should have good command on English language.
· Ability to handle rejection.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Should be ambitious and eager to earn more & more incentives.
· Minimum one year of experience in similar industry.
Flexible and Adaptable to work is required.
