  • The role of the People Leader main responsibility is to build high performing product development teams (Scrum teams) with the capability to deliver on business needs and priorities set by the Product Owner and Technical Product Owner(s)
  • The People Leader must ensure the availability of required people, by constantly developing and attracting talent and collaborating with relevant external instances such as universities etc.
  • However, the People Leader does not have authority to tell people what to work on, nor do they set priorities, assign work or tasks, or supervise the day-to-day, this is self-organized in the Scrum team and is on higher level defined by the (Technical) Product Owner
