A company with the vision to simplify and streamline the work of Managed Service Providers and IT professionals is looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join its team and operate the company's marketing technology stack.
The company was built to create one comprehensive solution for next-level IT professionals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, testing, executing, maintaining, and tracking marketing automation journeys and campaigns, both in-product and through HubSpot.
In this critical role, you will work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to plan and implement marketing processes that help the company to produce highly qualified leads, drive customer enrollment, improve product adoption, and increase retention.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end automated email marketing campaigns: from set-up, testing, & segmentation through analysis & optimization.
- Work with the company's customer engagement tool, Appcues, to design, implement, test and enhance in-product flows for awareness, adoption and retention.
- Continuously execute A/B tests on email concepts, subject lines, content, CTAs, sending times, layouts, and more.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters, identify target audience segments and capture feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on marketing automation campaigns for marketing teams.
- Build a cross-channel experience with several touchpoints, like emails, in-product pushes to create automated, triggered, and transactional programs
- Work closely with the RevOps team to carry out necessary changes in Salesforce and seamless integration with Hubspot and other technologies.

- Experience with end-to-end campaign management and implementing best practices.
- Tech-savvy, analytical problem-solver who loves to dig into the data, track results, test and learn, and ultimately improve performance.
- Critical thinker and self-starter and process oriented.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in marketing automation-preferably in a SaaS company
- Basic + knowledge of HTML and content management systems
- High level Excel skills
- Familiarity with SQL - an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
