CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Lead Auditor - Testing Services [Vietnam]

 

Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
Conduct auditing jobs on Health, Safety, Environment, and Labor Law Compliance including:

• Document review, preparing audit plan for on-site audit activities;
• Follow up corrective actions from customers, complete audit reports, and submit reports for final approval;
• Manage customer’s expectations and delivery of services according to company's policy and procedures;
• Stay updated on the related market regulations as well as technical requirements; continuously study and inform the sales team about major challenges of those;
• Support other services such as conducting training, inspection, and customer care (seminar, technical support) on requirements.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Food, or Agriculture majors
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience working in production, R&D, or EHS management in manufacturing companies OR At least 3 years of experience working in 3rd party audit Corporate Social Responsibility/ Social Compliance
• At least 1 qualification of the following audit schemes: BSCI, ICS, EICC, and PSCI;

• Good communication and customer services skills;
• Be able to work independently as well as teamwork;
• Be able to work in a multi-cultural / multi-national environment;
• Having a good sense of staying integrity and complying with applicable code of conduct.
• Willing to travel frequently and work under pressure.
