Our client is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion both nationally and internationally. They will be growing significantly, and therefore they are looking for someone ready to ignite ideas, push boundaries, and jump on a challenging adventure!
You would be a great fit if you are a team player with great communication skills, and solid experience as an HRBP/HR Manager in a fast-paced environment within the restaurant/hospitality/retail industries.
Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals for the upcoming international expansion of 5 countries in 5 years
- Become a strategic business partner by providing guidance to business leaders on the best HR practices to accomplish department goals
- Plan and implement the company's international talent acquisition strategy, and participate actively in some of the hiring processes
- Be part of all activities related to the life cycle of the employees (eg. onboarding, training programs ...) to promote employee growth and retention
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders including HR colleagues, business leaders, and restaurant staff
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Improve current initiatives and bring the HR function to the next level
- Direct report to the CEO
- Fluent level of Spanish and English. Any other language is a plus
- 6+ years of professional experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced environment, preferably with an international exposure
- Experience working in the restaurant/hospitality/retail industries
- Direct experience in shaping and delivering an HR strategy, supporting fast organizational growth, strengthening and structuring the HR department
- Knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations (French and UK are a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- You are a team player with strong leadership skills, and you thrive by getting results through other people and you pride yourself on developing them
- You have a humble and positive mindset, with stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- You can adapt easily and give the best support to the business
