Change and Communication Lead

About the Unit


The Change & Communication Lead will be accountable for supporting the human side of change, as projects and initiatives are executed, and ensuring that the projects and initiatives meet their objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. The primary responsibility will be contributing to the definition of change management strategies and implementing relevant change interventions and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change & Communication Lead communicates and implements the change plans by working closely with leaders/management teams of impacted target groups and delivering through the managers and the networks of change agents/ambassadors and stakeholders. The role will be supported by an external consultant


e.nable: e.nable is Yara's digital transformation program aimed at changing and improving the way we work, including the replacement of the current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape which covers the vast majority of our value processes and all revenue streams.

Responsibilities


  • Develop the overall change and communication management strategy and plan for e.nable Europe
  • Supports the e.nable Europe project team and ensure communication of changes toward different stakeholders
  • Orchestrating the awareness creation towards the whole organization
  • Articulates means, method, and schedule for communicating project and program objectives, status, and plans to the project/program stakeholders.
  • Documents the key impacts to the organization based on new processes and creates action steps (including communications) to mitigate any adverse change impacts and leverage favorable impacts.
  • Assist with developing validated goals, KPIs and clear messages
  • Overseeing the learning and training setup and execution on S/4 HANA
  • Follows up on success factors risks and resistance
  • Ability to engage with local HR on issues related to project execution, including but not limited to Union relations and role adjustments
  • Consider encouraging direct contact with impacted people and not only through ambassadors; being as close as possible to the resistance
  • Create surveys to measure adoption readiness
  • Leverage abilities & experience with change management techniques, tools, and methodology
  • Design, develop, and facilitate relevant change interventions to help the line drive change in their organization (e.g. alignment workshops)
  • Coordinate and facilitate a network of change ambassadors and agents
  • Contribute to the identification of transformation success metrics
  • Provide guidance and direction and act as a coach and trainer to the change agents, helping them to fulfill their role and ensure that an integrated perspective is maintained
  • Contribute to the identification of realization risks at the initiative level, supporting the development of risk mitigation recommendations
  • Participation in and contribution to the global change network for the program
  • Act as deputy Program Lead when needed

Profile


  • Bachelor in a related field
  • Proven experience in the structural management of change initiatives & change management methodolo-gies
  • Certification in change management methodology is an advantage
  • Proven project management experience and track record of developing value-added, pragmatic solutions in complex and changing context
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • Create trustful relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently combined with strong collaboration skills
  • Proactive attitude with the demonstrated result- and solution-orientation
  • Proficiency in English, and other European languages is a plus
