Order Management Sr Specialist UK
The Purpose:

Our Supply Chain Planning team is currently looking for an Order Management Sr Specialist UK who will be responsible for capturing and checking orders from Customers according to process definitions and ensuring delivery and invoicing to customers according on time and in full.

What will you be doing:
- Capture all incoming orders from customers via e-mail/EDI/OCR/BEES and other systems
- Enter them to the system according to official ways of working
- Verify if specific logistic and customer master data rules are met
- Monitor and solve customers and CSC agent ad-hoc requests and issues as well as potential system failures that don’t require interaction with customers
- Cooperation with other Logistics teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities
- Process related escalations
- Drive process improvements, standardization
What you'll bring:
- Fluency in English
- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills, SAP and/or TMS environment knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- A problem solver: Able to act and think fast upon last-minute changes and requests
- Experience within the logistics area of an FMCG company is a plus
