Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Cloud Services team and drive the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions. As a Team Lead - Cloud Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of cloud engineers, architects, and administrators, ensuring the effective design, implementation, and management of cloud services. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cloud engineers, architects, and administrators.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions across multiple platforms.
- Ensure the availability, scalability, and security of cloud services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cloud infrastructure and operations.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cloud services, with a focus on leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in cloud architecture design, deployment, and management.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation tools.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Experiance:
- Leading and supporting Azure cloud initiatives, designing and implementing Azure-based solutions, and ensuring enterprise-level cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of Azure services, experience in implementing Azure solutions at an enterprise level, leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills.
- Managing and overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring project success.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS), experience in cloud infrastructure management, strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong programming skills, familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), understanding of containerization and microservices architecture.
- Minimum 4-6 years experiance
